Delivery or shipping
We are pleased to announce that Multi Trading House offers FREE Delivery service for all orders placed with us on-line. There are no service charges for all the items delivered within all areas of Pakistan. The amount you see is what you will pay. Please note that we will only deliver orders after the payment confirmation. We Deliver within two to three working days but if the purchase order is of large quantity, then delivery time will vary according to our agreement.
Important: Please review all the information before submitting an order e.g. recipient's name, delivery address, post code, contact number & delivery date. Incomplete information such as address, phone numbers, detials of sender and receiver may delay the delivery. Please ensure that all information entered during the order process is complete and free of error. Multi Trading House we will not be liable for any delay in orders due to incomplete information.
World wide Deliveries
Our world wide delivery process starts after the payment confirmation or as per agreed. Our shipping rate is based on a table rate (1st kg =$45 and extra kg = $8) for all countries or as per agreed for large orders. Large mean quantity of purchase order must be 20 pieces or above. We use best shipping service for all international shipments .
Depending on the order; the shipping time varies between 3 to 8 days or as per agreed or contract for customized goods and large quantity purchase orders.
Returns & Replacements
If you change your mind we here at Multi Trading House have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund.
If the product is defective please return without use including original packaging and invoice with in fifteen days. We can change the product or refund cash but we will not refund any shipping expenses incured.
